This is a class for those who have experienced trauma looking to find healing through art making and clay. Clementine Wright will be leading the course. She recieved her MFA at BSU in 2021 and her BFA in ceramics at California State University, Fullerton in 2016. She received her Trauma Informed Art Therapy certification in 2020. She is an accredited art therapy facilitator dealing with PTSD and traumatic memory. Her meditative focus leads participants through restorative creative exercises in order to help reintegrate and calm the body, promoting inner healing and peace from past trauma. This a handbuilding focused course in which Clementine seeks to help participants actively create their own healing in response to clay therapy. 

Experience is not necessary, this course is for beginning, intermediate and advanced students ages 18 and up. Class meets once a week for six weeks from October 11th-November 15th. Class will meet from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  

Tools are not included and must be rented. This is a refundable fee, so please be sure to add them to your cart.  Once class is complete, you can choose to either keep the tools as they have a 25% off discount or return the tools and receive a refund.
