Return Policy/ Terms and Conditions

Return Policy: No returns on opened and/or used products. If the product is unopened and the packaging is in the same condition it was when it left the Potter’s Center, contact us to take advantage of discounted shipping and for a return authorization within 30 days for a complete refund, minus cost shipping and freight. For equipment returns such as wheels, kilns, slab rollers and so forth please insure your shipment back to us. Items returned damaged will not be refunded and you will be held financially responsible. Wheels, kilns, slab rollers and other equipment in which original packaging has been opened will not qualify for returns. We do not guarantee returns on orders over 70 lbs. For returns on orders over 70 lbs. please call 1(208)-378-1112.

All classes, private lessons, and special events are non-refundable once the course has began. To cancel before a class, private lesson or special event begins, simply contact us within 72 hours from the start date. If you are a no show you will be charged for and not eligible for rescheduling. 

Privacy Policy:  We do not sell, share, give away, any of our customer data or mail or e-mail lists.

Product and Glaze Disclaimer: Ceramics can be a tricky medium with many factors for success. Often desired results are not achieved. We are not responsible and do not accept returns on products that do not yield desired results.

Freeze Policy:  Many product are damaged or destroyed when frozen. This includes, liquid glazes, wet clays, wax resist, and so forth. The shipping company and The Potter’s Center are not liable or responsible for frozen or damaged products. Please check your local weather conditions before checking out.

Damages: If your ground shipment is found to be damaged, please call us right away. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately.

Back Orders: We Stock thousands of products. If an item is not available, we will ship the order less the item and ship the item when it becomes available. We will send you an email with the estimated delivery date. If the back order exceeds 30 you may request a refund and cancel the back ordered item/s

Order mix-ups: Unfortunately, mistakes happen. Please call us at (208) 378-1112 or email us at lisahunter@thepotterscenter.com right away so we can get it right. We reserve the right to reprice any item where errors have occurred.
