Perfect for adults new to pottery, returning to pottery after an absence, or looking to refine their basic skills!
This wheel-throwing class in Studio B covers the essential techniques of both wheel throwing and glazing. Each week, you’ll also receive 4 hours of open studio time to practice and explore at your own pace. This class and its associated open studio hours will be held in Studio B at the Potter's Center. This course is for beginning students ages 18 and up. The class meets once a week for SIX weeks on WEDNESDAY night, February 4th-March 11th from 6:30-9:30 pm.

With this course 25lbs of B-Mix clay is included. We are now offering students the option to pick from a few different clays for an additional fee. When checking out you can add the class to the cart and then add your clay option (if it is different than B-Mix). For our beginners we recommend B-Mix clay!
Students must bring their own tools or purchase a tool rental kit. Wheels at the Potter's Center need a bat for throwing, and 2 bats are included in the toolkit. At the end of the class, you can choose to: Keep the tools and receive a 25% discount, or Return them for a refund,

All classes, private lessons, and special events are fully refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel and receive a refund, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made outside these terms.
