This course is for teens ages 12-17. Class meets Monday-Thursday of Spring Break 2026, March 16-20 at 1:30-4pm. We will work on the basics of throwing on the wheel. This class meets in Studio B of the Potter's Center. Clay, tools, and supplies included. Student fired work will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after the Spring Break camp. Your kid needs to wear clothes that can get dirty/dusty, and clay and glazes wash out; please also bring an old junky towel for the kid to use while throwing.
Our Teen camp instructor Julia Ballenger has a masters in art education and is certified in adult and youth CPR.
