Teacups and Goblets! In this 4 week class students will be exploring teacup and goblet forms through wheel throwing and assembling. Handle making and attachments will be taught along with trimming and construction of cup forms both large and small. This is a beginner-friendly class; prior wheelthrowing experience is helpful but not required.
With this class you will have 4 hours of studio time available weekly in studio B to use outside of class sessions during the posted Open Studio hours.
This course is for students ages 18 and up. Class meets once a week for FOUR weeks on February 6th-27th from 9:30am-12:30pm in Studio B at the Potter's Center in Garden City.
Students must bring their own tools and bats for the wheel or purchase a tool rental kit. At the end of the class, you can choose to: Keep the tools and receive a 25% discount, or Return them for a refund
