Perfect for adults new to pottery, returning to ceramics after a long break, or looking to advance their skills!
This wheel-throwing focused class covers the essential techniques of wheel throwing and glazing and will be suitable for all levels of students. Demonstrations will be conducted each class by Mahlory, varying based on class interests and background. Each week, you’ll also receive 4 hours of open studio time to practice and explore at your own pace. A cubby will be assigned to you for the 6 week class for storing clay, tools, apron, works in progress, etc.
Must be 18 and up to enroll. This class meets once a week on TUESDAYS for 6 WEEKS on April 7-May 12 at 6:30pm-9:30pm.
ADD-ON CLAY OPTION: With this course 25lbs of B-Mix clay is included. We are now offering students the option to pick from a few different clays for an additional $5 fee. When checking out you can add the class to the cart and then add your clay option if it is different than B-Mix. (For our beginners we recommend B-Mix clay.)
Students must bring their own tools or purchase a tool rental kit. Wheels at the Potter's Center need a bat for throwing, and 2 bats are included in the toolkit. At the end of the class, you can choose to: Keep the tools and receive a 25% discount, or Return them for a refund

All classes, private lessons, and special events are fully refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel and receive a refund, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made outside these terms.
