Note: For this class you MUST have experience. This is an intermediate course.
Jill accidentally discovered she loved ceramics when she had to take an elective class during her political science major. She then earned a BFA from UW-River Falls in Wisconsin, and her MFA in 2005 from Utah State University in ceramics. She has taught ceramics at all levels from preschool to graduate school. Jill opened her studio "Boise Mudworks" in 2009, sells her work in downtown Boise at Idaho Made and participates in the annual Boise Open Studios (BOSCO) tour each fall.
The course will cover lidded jars, pouring pots, and with other intermediate throwing techniques!
This course is for intermediate and advanced students ages 18 and up. Class meets once a week for THREE weeks WEDNESDAYS December 4th- December 18th 9:30am-12:30 pm.
Tools are not included and must be rented. This is a refundable fee, so please be sure to add them to your cart. Once class is complete, you can choose to either keep the tools as they have a 25% off discount or return the tools and receive a refund.
